When we decided to open a new restaurant, we didn't believe that Wesley Chapel needed another Chinese restaurant. We opened Kwan Ming with the belief that we could offer Hong Kong style Chinese cuisine with higher standards like the freshest ingredients and greater attention to quality Chinese dishes without raising prices.
